Thumbsucking, pyramid making and Dirty Faces

This is my Thumbsucker- I have never had one before- I'm not sure if it will be a blessing or a curse.  Right now i'm calling it a blessing.

can we make a pyramid?

I think he must have a dirty face all the time- I thought Jonah was the dirty boy but Elijah is definitely in the running.

He is always smiling- his mouth is shaped in a smile- you couldn't ask for a better boy-  he is mostly happy and loves to see you smile and laugh- he loves to laugh and when he finds something funny his laugh is infectious.
